CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Police are investigating reports of indecent exposure in front of a downtown Charleston school.
An incident report states officers were called out to 172 Rutledge Avenue in front of Ashley Hall School on Monday around 7:45 a.m. in reference to an indecent exposure.
The reports does not include details on exactly what occurred, but does list one victim.

Richardson was arrested and charged with felony stalking. He is being held at the Charleston County Detention Center.
