Police arrest suspect, seek others in fatal shooting

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Police have arrested a suspect and seek others in possible connection to a fatal shooting that happened March 21 in midtown Tucson.

According to police, 34-year-old Marshall Davis was shot to death outside an apartment complex at 3666 East 2nd Street, near East Speedway and North Dodge boulevards.

Authorities booked Tenell Mure, 32, into the Pima County Jail on March 25 on charges of first degree murder, drive-by shooting and tampering with evidence.

Police have determined that the shooting was gang-related.

Anyone with information is urged to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
