BERKELEY COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - Officials with the Drug enforcement Unit of the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office say one suspect was arrested Friday, and warrants have been issued for two others in two separate cases involving Methamphetamine.
Officials say, 30-year-old, Ian McGaughey, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute Meth and resisting arrests after deputies say they discovered 1.5 gross grams of crystal meth, contained in multiple bags, in his vehicle located at a residence on Ashwood Court.
According to Drug Enforcement Unit Captain Mike Williams, the Sheriff's Office has also issued warrants for two other suspects after finding all the necessary components to manufacture meth inside a residence on Messina Street.
Officials say, 27-year-old Joseph Kinsey, and 26-year-old Dustin Lane, are wanted on charges of attempting to manufacture Methamphetamine.
