Today's Most: Woman's Facebook post might put her in jail

Posted: Updated:
TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Today's Most... Unwise Facebook post: A woman posted on her Facebook page that she'd beaten a breathalyser test. But it turns out that post might get her in trouble.

22-year old Colleein Cudney posted this: "Buzz killer for me, I had to breathalyze (sic) this morning and I drank yesterday but I passed thank god lol my dumba@@." She lives in Westland, Michigan, and is on probation because of a drunk driving conviction. Taking the tests is a term of her probation.

It turns out one of the police officers in Westland saw the post, and then told her probation officer. The probation officer called Cudney and told her to come in to take a urine test - which is more thorough than a breathalyzer. She hung up the phone and wouldn't come in.

She now faces a probation hearing on Tuesday and might have to spend 90 days in jail. She was scheduled to go off probation soon.
