CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Investigators say two men are behind bars after a suspected drug dealer was robbed by a customer in downtown Charleston.

The Charleston Police Department has charged 27-year-old Donnell Dickerson with armed robbery, and 26-year-old Jonathan Hamarik with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Police say the incident happened on April 3 in the area of America and South streets. Hamarik told officers that he had made a pre-arranged drug deal with a man. According to police, that man and two other men drove to Hamarik's home.

An incident report states Hamarik entered the vehicle, and one of the passengers pulled out a handgun and demanded his property. Authorities say Hamarik was robbed of marijuana, a wallet and his iPhone.
