44TH ANNUAL CHARLESTON GREEK FESTIVAL
Opa! Celebrate Greek culture, food, and entertainment this weekend at the annual Greek Festival in Charleston. The weekend event is at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church on Race Street through Sunday. Food and entertainment will run from 11 am to 10 pm Saturday and Sunday, and 12 pm to 6 pm on Sunday. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for students and seniors, and Free for kids under 12 and active military. Moms also get in free on Sunday!

KICK FOR A CURE
The Charleston Battery will don the pink jerseys this Saturday for the annual Kick for a Cure match. The Battery is teaming up with the Lowcountry Affiliate of Susan G. Komen. You can purchase a "Pink Pack" which includes a ticket to the game and a pink Battery koozie for $11. The Battery will donate $3 from every "Pink Pack" purchase to Susan G. Komen Foundation. The pink jerseys worn by the players will be autographed and auctioned as well. All the money raised from the auction goes to support Susan G. Komen for the Cure. MOTHER'S DAY AT THE SOUTH CAROLINA AQUARIUM

2014 MOMS' RUN 5K & FAMILY FUN DAY
Go for a run with Mom this Saturday on Daniel Island for the Mom's Run 5K and Family Fun Day at Blackbaud Stadium. Postpartum Support Charleston hosts the run every year as a fundraiser to support a cause that impacts a cause that affects so many mothers. Packet pickup is Saturday morning from 7 am to 8:05 am at the stadium. The Family Fun Day from 9 am to 11:30 am will include food and drinks, music, and activities for the whole family. 6TH ANNUAL LESLIE MCCRAVY MEMORIAL 5K RUN/WALK
The Leslie McCravy Memorial 5K Run/Walk is Saturday on Folly Beach. The run helps raise for Pet Helpers and also serves to raise awareness for domestic violence in our community.
