GOOSE CREEK, SC (WCSC) - Investigators in Berkeley County are looking for the person responsible for a shooting that injured one person and caused nearly $5,000 worth of damage to several vehicles at an apartment complex in Goose Creek.
On Thursday night, the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office responded to 100 Swift Boulevard for a shooting.
Residents reported to investigators that they heard shooting behind one of the apartment buildings. Deputies called EMS after locating the 23-year-old male victim in another apartment building.
According to an incident report, investigators found several shell casings and four vehicles which appeared to be damaged by gunfire.
A sheriff's office report estimates the damage to the cars total $4600.
