Police said 4 arrested in connection to deadly shooting

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

Police arrested four men in connection to a deadly shooting during a fight.

According to officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, Markee Watson, 26, was shot at the 6900 block of Hidden Forest Drive just after 4:00 a.m.

MEDIC pronounced Watson dead on the scene.

Police said the suspects fled the scene by vehicle but were stopped shortly after at the 4100 block of The Plaza. Officers arrested 22-year-old Raheem Mosley and charged him with murder, armed robbery with a dangerous weapon, and shooting into occupied property.

Officers arrested 17-year-old Jsa'Quan Evans, 22-year-old Lorenzo Woods, and 16-year-old Adrian Manigault and charged them with accessory after the fact of a felony. 

Detectives said Watson and the suspects knew each other and had been in a fight Friday evening. Police said the suspects drove to where Watson was staying and continued the argument.

The four suspects are in custody at the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office.
