A firefighter and a civilian were injured during a blaze at a North Charleston home Tuesday night, according to authorities.
North Charleston Fire Department responded to a structure fire at the Hawthorne City Mobile Home Park just before 9 p.m. All residents were able to escape the burning home, and the fire was contained in 20 minutes.
While battling the flames, officials say one firefighter was injured. The fire also resulted in a civilian injury.
Both victims were treated by Charleston County EMS and released, according to officials.
The American Red Cross is assisting the family of three that was displaced by the fire.
