NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - The North Charleston Police Department has arrested four people after authorities found $16,000 worth of marijuana at a home on Wednesday.
Authorities arrested 20-year-old Christopher Anson Russell, 36-year-old Roy Owen Thompson IV, 22-year-old Christian Noel Thames and 36-year-old Carolyne Anne Felder.
The arrests stems from an investigation at a home on Jenny Lind Street where jars of marijuana in multiple locations were found in common areas.
Authorities say an elaborate growing system was found on the second floor of the home. According to police, the system included a "drying chamber" which contained multiple harvested marijuana plants.
Investigators say all four occupants refused to speak with investigators regarding the drugs found in the home.
