 As the days get hotter be sure to stay cool! 

Exercise caution when working out in warm weather - try to schedule outdoor activities during the morning or evening, start slow and take breaks if needed. 

Be sure to stay hydrated – drink water before, during, and after exercise. And don’t forget to log your water intake on the fit family challenge website – healthy habits such as drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day earn points and chances to win!
