Two suspects sought following armed robbery at Taco Bell

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (WCSC) - The Mount Pleasant Police Department is on the lookout for two men responsible for an armed robbery at the Taco Bell off the Isle of Palms Connector.

Authorities say at 2:23 a.m. on Thursday, police responded to the Taco Bell on 1090 Sea Palms Crescent.

According to investigators, two male suspects were involved in an armed robbery at the restaurant.

Police say an investigation revealed that one suspect stayed at the door of the business while the other entered the restaurant.

MPPD officials say the suspects wore all black clothing and one of them was armed with a gun.

The suspects fled the area and are still at large. Police are continuing the investigation.
