SAN ANTONIO (KSAT/CNN) - Nearly two weeks after a public transit bus crashed into two homes, footage of the accident has been released.

Multiple cameras were rolling on July 24 when a VIA Metropolitan Transit bus was hit from the right side by a car that ran a stop sign.

The bus hit an SUV and then jumped a curb and smashed through fences and two homes.

The only passenger on the bus was nearly knocked out of her seat and screamed in terror as the bus careened out of control.

As soon as it came to a stop, the bus driver got out to check the damage and then checked on her passenger.

Everyone on board the bus was fine, but the people in the SUV and the car that caused the accident sustained minor injuries.

Two women inside one of the homes also walked away unharmed.
