BERKELEY COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

Berkeley County deputies say three people were arrested Monday after an investigation into drug activity at a home led to the discovery of a meth lab.

Deputies say 19-year-old Tiffany N. Steinbrecker, 26-year-old Brandon Lee Varner, and 26-year-old Justin Steven Michael have all been charged with attempt to manufacture meth, disposal of methamphetamine waste, and manufacturing meth in the presence of a minor child.

According to a release, the trio were arrested Monday following in investigation into illegal drug activity at a residence located at 512 McCrystal Circle. All three suspects were at the home.

Deputies say an 18-month-old baby was in the residence, resulting in the third charge.
