Police: Man charged after meth lab discovered in Bonneau home

BONNEAU, SC (WCSC) - One man is facing three felony charges after authorities discovered a meth lab in a Bonneau home.

Forrest Bowman is charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine within a half-mile proximity to a school, and improper disposal of meth waste, according to the Bonneau Police Chief Franco Fuda.

Investigators responded to a house on West Church Street and found a "one pot bottle" used to produce meth, Fuda said. 

The DEA also responded to the scene.
