CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - The Charleston Veterans Affairs hospital is unveiling a new distance medical technology for its intensive care unit.
The high-tech two-way audiovisual and computer connections go live on Tuesday.
The system will allow VA medical specialists in other locations to help care for patients in the 16 ICU beds at the Ralph Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston.
