Investigators arrest man suspected of multiple Georgetown burglaries

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

Officials with the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office have arrested a 23-year-old man suspected of multiple burglaries in Georgetown.

Investigators arrested 23-year-old Phillip Bryan Keller and charged him with two counts of second-degree burglary, three counts of third-degree burglary, petit larceny and obtaining non ferrous metals unlawfully.

Keller was locked up at the Georgetown County Detention Center.

On Oct. 2, deputies responded to a home on Rose Hill Road in the Pleasant Hill Community for a report of a larceny.

A witness told deputies that they observed a white in color Chevrolet Blazer with an attached trailer parked behind the home. As the witness approached the vehicle, the subject fled the scene.

Investigators who were actively searching for the suspect located a trailer with the same items listed as missing from Rose Hill Road home.

Deputies then located Keller, questioned him and took him into custody.
