BERKELEY COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - The Berkeley County Sheriff's office say they have found the body of a missing Ohio man.
Deputies say the body was found in a thickly wooded area shortly before 2 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
Officials say no foul play is suspected in his death and he is believed to have died from exposure to the elements.
The Berkeley County Coroner's office will release the official cause of death.
Deputies say the vehicle of Jesse Conley of Waverly, Ohio, was originally found in the Wapoola Plantation area of rural Berkeley County Saturday morning by a hunter.
The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office, along with the assistance of the Berkeley County Rescue Squad, the Department Of Natural Resources, S.L.E.D., and the Charleston County Sheriff's Office, searched on foot, on horseback, by boat and helicopter for him.
