CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - Technology will help kids hospitalized at the Medical University of South Carolina talk to Santa Claus.
On Thursday, the Cisco Santa Connection comes to the MUSC's Children's Hospital.
The hospital said using video technology and the Internet, the system allows kids to talk remotely and have a one-on-one chat with Santa. MUSC is one of 40 hospitals across the nation participating in the program this holiday season.
The Santa Connection was developed eight years ago to make the holidays a bit brighter for children who are in the hospital.
