Dorchester County deputies say the 19-year-old wanted in connection with a double murder turned himself in to authorities Tuesday night.

Bradford Jordan Spells of Ladson has been charged with murder in a Dec. 15 shooting on Brailsford Boulevard in the Greenhurst subdivision.

Deputies located Spells' Jeep Compass on Monday, but found no sign of Spells.

The shooting claimed the lives of Ernest Richmond, 19, and Shaquille Sanders, 21, both of Summerville. Authorities say Richmond and Sanders; were fatally shot after a fight broke out.

Investigators had already arrested 20-year-old Delani Franklin Simmons of Ladson in connection with the shooting. Deputies say Simmons was charged on Friday at a hospital following a separate shooting in Lincolnville on Tuesday afternoon. In the Lincolnville incident, Simmons was wounded along with two others, deputies say.
