GOOSE CREEK, SC (WCSC) - Goose Creek police released a surveillance image of a man they say committed bank card fraud.
The incident occurred on Dec. 13 at approximately 7 p.m., according to Goose Creek Police Capt. John Grainger.
Police say the man was recorded by store surveillance cameras as he made two fraudulent charges using a victim's bank card.
The victim told police he was notified by his bank that two suspicious debit card charges had been made, within minutes of each other, against his account totaling $570. According to the incident report, the victim told his bank he had his debit card with him at the time the charges would have been made.
The man is believed to be about 5'8" with possible facial hair.
