GEORGETOWN, SC (WCSC) -

Moultrie is being charged with Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, and Use of a Weapon During a Violent Crime. Police say this offense happened at the Shoe Show last month on North Frasier Street, but Moultrie has been linked to similar robberies around the state.
