NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - A Stall High School student was hospitalized Monday morning after being hit by a car in North Charleston, according to police.
The student, a 15-year-old, was transported with non-life threatening injuries, according to Charleston County School District spokesperson Erica Taylor.
North Charleston police said the student was crossing the road at Lackawanna Blvd. away from a crosswalk when he was struck by a vehicle.
The incident remains under investigation, but police say no charges have been filed against the driver of the vehicle.
