CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - EMS workers were waiting and ready when a JetBlue plane landed at the Charleston International Airport Wednesday morning.
Airport officials said a pregnant passenger began experiencing contractions during the flight.
It was not an emergency landing because the plane was originally scheduled to land in Charleston, officials say.
EMS workers were called to meet the plane as a precaution.
There is no word, yet, on whether the woman delivered the baby.
