FOLLY BEACH, SC (WCSC) - Visitors to Folly Beach on Saturday "let the good times roll" as the 8th Annual FollyGras wrapped up.
The parade ran on Center Street on Folly Beach, also known as "The Edge of America," and included a block party.
People enjoyed live music, food and plenty of beads for those who were willing to give theirs away.
The parade and block party were the final parts of a weeklong celebration that began with LundiGras on Monday, continued with a Fat Tuesday Block Party, Couchons deLait and a masquerade ball on Friday night.
The event tries to capture the spirit of Mardi Gras festivities in New Orleans with a Lowcountry flavor.
