According to police, the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. on Monday in the area of King and Discher streets.
Authorities say it all started when a woman drove her car around several vehicles which were stopped for a train.
The woman's car then struck the train.
CPD officials say the signal lights for the train were flashing.
