HOLLYWOOD, SC (WCSC) - Officials with the US Marshal's Office say a Charleston County fugitive is behind bars after a Live 5 News viewer alerted agents to the wanted man's location.
Agents arrested 23-year-old Rashard Duncan who was wanted on charges of pointing and presenting a firearm, and third-degree assault and battery.
On Thursday, the US Marshals Task Force received information that Duncan was at a Ravenel mobile home park.
The US Marshals and Charleston County deputies responded to the scene, found Duncan and arrested him. He was locked up at the Al Cannon Detention Center and is awaiting a bond hearing.
Duncan is wanted for an incident on May of 2014, when deputies say Duncan pointed a semi automatic pistol at a man and said, "I will shoot you in the head," during an argument.
They say Duncan then ran away.
