CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Charleston Wine + Food celebrated its 10th anniversary Friday with an Opening Ceremony of its Culinary Village.
Held the first weekend of March, the five-day festival celebrates the food culture of Charleston with dozens of events featuring the best chefs the city has to offer.
Friday's event unveiled the Culinary Village, which is described as the heart of Charleston Wine + Food. The village transforms Marion Square into a foodie paradise, complete with 13 distinct areas featuring over 100 chefs and 80 culinary demonstrations.
Charleston Wine + Food officially got underway Wednesday, and runs through Sunday.
