Chief Deputy Rick Ollic announced the arrests on Friday for the March 10 home invasion and shooting on Estate Road.

Chief Ollic stated that the shooting victim, who is still hospitalized, positively identified 44-year-old Dwayne Elias Bryan of Harbour Lake Drive in Goose Creek and 36-year-old Andrew Clay Fraiser of Old Highway 52 in Moncks Corner as the two individuals who forced their way into his home and shot him in the face.

Bryan and Fraiser have both been charged with one count of attempted murder, three counts of kidnapping, one count of first-degree burglary and one count of possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

According to the sheriff's office, in addition, Bryan is being charged with identity fraud after identifying himself as another individual when he was arrested and booked into the Hill-Finklea Detention Center during the early morning hours of March 11.

Ollic also reiterated that anyone having additional information about this incident should contact the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office or Crime Stoppers of the Low Country at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
