CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC (WCSC/AP) - Lowcountry viewers predicted two of the three names of the newest member of Great Britain's Royal Family.
The baby, born on Saturday morning, will be named Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, and will be known as Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge, according to a report from the Associated Press.
In an informal weekend poll, Diana earned the most votes, at 42 percent, with Charlotte in second place at 20 percent.
The third place name, however, was Victoria, at 18 percent. Elizabeth came in at fourth place with an even 10 percent.
The princess is the second child of Prince William and his wife Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge and the fifth great-grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II.
She is fourth in line to the throne, after her grandfather Charles, her father William and her older brother George.
William and Kate introduced the baby princess Saturday evening to the world, just 12 hours after Kate checked into London's St. Mary's Hospital to give birth. The baby weighed in at eight pounds, three ounces.
