MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (WCSC) - The annual Charleston Beer Garden is back for its fourth year, and it is having a change of venue. The event will be hosted at The Grove at Patriots Point on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Patriots Point is located at 40 Patriots Point Road in Mount Pleasant.
The festival includes over 30 craft brews, the Beer Olympics, samples from homebrewers, live music, local food and artisan vendors, and more.
The Beer Olympics will feature a number of games including cornhole, growler ring toss, quarters, beer cups, Bucky the Bull, kan jam, giant Jenga, a pony hop race, badminton, and a hula hoop contest.
Music will be performed by The Jaystorm Project, The Broadcast, Lefty at the Washout, Don Merckle & The Blacksmiths, and The High Divers.
The Beer Garden has partnered with UBER to provide safe rides for attendees. To receive a $20 discount on your first ride, download the Uber app on your smartphone and enter the code "CHSBEERGARDEN."
For the remainder of the day on Friday, advance tickets are available for $25 online or at Bottles Beverage Superstore in Mount Pleasant. Tickets are available for $32 at the gate on the day of the event.
All guests of the event must be 21 years of age or older.
