Timberland High School cleared of bomb threat, classes resume

ST. STEPHEN, SC (WCSC) - Students and faculty at Timberland High School are back inside the building after a bomb threat led to an evacuation Thursday morning.

Authorities found no evidence of a bomb and students and faculty re-entered the building at approximately 10:20 a.m., according to Berkeley County School District spokesperson Aimee Murray.

The building was evacuated because of a threat and officers from the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office and Bonneau Police inspected the building, Murray said.
