COLLETON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - The third and final suspect wanted in connection with an early morning home invasion in Yemassee last week has been arrested.
Nathaniel Robinson, 20, was arrested Monday morning by Jasper County deputies and charged with burglary first degree, four counts of kidnapping, four counts of armed robbery, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Colleton County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of a home invasion on Tuesday, May 26 just after 5 a.m. at a home on Jonesville Avenue.
Authorities say three suspects armed with guns broke into the home, used electrical cords to tie up four people who were inside, and stole several items before fleeing the scene.
Deputies say two of the victims were pistol-whipped by the suspects, resulting in minor injuries.
According to officials, a victim was able to identify one of the suspects as 22-year-old Delvin Ferguson.
A release states Ferguson pulled up at his home at the same time as deputies arrived. Deputies say Ferguson attempted to flee, but was quickly arrested.
Investigators say the second suspect, 18-year-old Dwayne Gibbs, was arrested later Tuesday at a home in Jasper County.
All three suspects are facing charges of burglary first degree, four counts of kidnapping, four counts of armed robbery, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
The incident remains under investigation.
