NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - North Charleston Police have arrested a man in connection to a stabbing that sent one person to the hospital Wednesday night.
Officers say they responded to a stabbing call on the 8000 block of Red Oak Drive just before 9:00 PM.
The victim, who had been stabbed in the wrist, told police he got into an argument with a man on the 8000 block of Deerwood Drive.
When officers got to the scene of the stabbing, they say a male suspect was found behind a house and was placed under arrest.
Police say the victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect is facing assault and battery charges. His name has not yet been released.
