LEXINGTON, S.C. (AP) - Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul is returning to South Carolina for a gathering at a Veterans of Foreign Wars post.
On Monday, the GOP presidential contender is holding a "Stand with Rand" meet and greet in Lexington.
Paul's gathering comes as fellow Republican Jeb Bush officially enters the race for the party's 2016 presidential nomination.
Paul's wife, Kelley, is also in South Carolina this week.
The campaign says she is spending time in the Lowcountry, meeting with GOP groups in Moncks Corner and Summerville, addressing a Rotary Club gathering in Charleston and attending a lunch in Bluffton.
