CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Irvin-House Vineyards on Wadmalaw Island is for sale.
The 50-acre vineyard, also home to the Firefly Distillery, was listed on Monday for over one and a half million dollars.
The owner says they have already seen some interest from buyers, and want to sell the winery as a whole and help with the transition.
The Firefly Distillery will be moving to a new location in North Charleston.
The company is in a partnership with the owners of Palmetto Brewery, buying 17 acres of waterfront land on Ashley Shores Drive.
The owners say the winery and distillery will stay open for at least a year, so regular tastings and events will go on as planned.
