SUMMERVILLE, SC (WCSC) - If you're looking for fun for the whole family on this Fourth of July, then Red, White, and Blue on the Green in Summerville might be just the ticket!
It begins at 5:30 p.m. Saturday and runs until 9:30 p.m. when the fireworks end, and it all takes place at the Jerry Blackwell Sports Complex at Gahagan Park.
Children can enjoy a Kids' Zone, Jump Castles, games and Diane's World Famous Paper Hats, made from newspapers, all for free.
There's also a non-motorized parade at 8 p.m., and everybody is invited to take part.
For the adults there's a Beer Garden, and live music including the band, Zero To Never.
Those planning to attend should consider parking in Heritage Square at Highway 78 and the Berlin G. Myers Parkway and take the shuttle buses to the park.
Fireworks begin about 9:15 p.m.
