South Carolina, Georgia authorities looking for missing SC man

SOUTH CAROLINA (WCSC) - Authorities in South Carolina and Georgia are searching for an elderly Lancaster, S.C. man who left his home Saturday and could now be southeast of Atlanta, G.A., near Henry County.

A representative with SLED says Floyd Cauthen, 72, was last seen leaving his Lancaster home Saturday at 10:30 a.m in a gray 2010 four door Honda Accord with South Carolina tag BHI 269.

A report says Cauthen suffers from dementia and possible Alzheimer's Disease. He's known to pull of the road and sleep when tired.

Cauthen is 5 feet 11 inches tall with brown eyes and gray, balding hair on top.
