CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - A new Whole Foods Market store is set to open in the Charleston area.
Company officials said that they have signed a new store lease, but have not released specific details on the exact location.
"Whole Foods Market announced that it has signed leases for eight new stores and has renegotiated the lease for one of its stores in development," stated a press released by the company.
In addition to Charleston, the new leases included planned stores in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Washington.
According to the company, Whole Foods Market operates 424 stores and has 114 stores in development.
