NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Investigators say a 34-year-old Goose Creek man arrested for breaking and entering has confessed to a number of other crimes including arson and forgery.
The North Charleston Police Department arrested David Lloyd Pacetti on Tuesday in connection to a Monday incident where someone had broken into two vehicles on Rivers Avenue.
According to police, during interviews with detectives, Pacetti confessed to additional crimes including breaking into a car that had been left on the side of the road in August, breaking into a truck and setting it on fire in September, and using stolen checks.
Pacetti was charged with five counts of breaking into a motor vehicle, four counts of property crime enhancement, forgery, third-degree arson and possession of drugs.
He was given a $250,000 bond.
