Authorities investigating fake bomb threats at Timberland High School

Investigators are searching for the people responsible for fake bomb threats called into Timberland High School. 

Officials with the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office are asking for the public's help in identifying the person or persons responsible. 

If you have any information you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at (843) 554-1111 or toll free at 1-888-CRIME-SC, or by texting to 274637 and begin your text with the letters CSL.

All tipsters remain anonymous and you never have to give your name.

"Tips that lead to the arrest of suspects are eligible for a cash reward of up to $500," Crime Stoppers officials say. 

The latest bomb threat was Tuesday afternoon at 2:10 p.m. The school was evacuated as a precautionary measure. 

Last week the school was evacuated for a reported bomb threat, and was cleared. 

A bomb threat was also reported at the school in May.
