CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

Deputies released surveillance images of a man they want to identify and question about a Sunday afternoon shooting.

The man was not named a suspect and there are no active warrants against him, according to Charleston County Sheriff's Lt. Rita Avila Zelinsky. He is only wanted for questioning, she said.

Deputies responded to a shooting at 4:30 p.m. Sunday at the A-1 Food Store at Ranger Drive and Dorchester Road in Charleston County where they say someone drove into the parking lot and started shooting at people in the parking lot.

A bystander who was standing in his front yard talking to people in a car at the time of the incident was wounded in the leg.

From the surveillance images, the man is believed to be approximately six feet tall and is believed to way approximately 175 pounds, deputies say.

Anyone who may know the man's identity is asked to call the Charleston County Sheriff's Office at (843) 202-1700 or Detective Downing at (843) 554-2237.
