GEORGETOWN, SC (WCSC) - Friday marks the 2-year anniversary of the massive fire in Georgetown and businesses along Front Street.
In total, 10 businesses in seven buildings have been displaced by the fire that ripped through Georgetown's historic district.
After two years, there is some momentum moving forward.
The city put up a temporary fence a week ago, after complaints over the vacant lot.
Some owners are still trying to figure out what to do with their businesses.
