CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - Charleston County's Emergency Operations Center will shift to OpCon 3 beginning at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

A level three operating condition means a full or partial activation of the Charleston County Emergency Operations Center with an activated Charleston County Emergency Operations Plan.

The Citizen Information Line will not be staffed from 6 p.m. until 8 a.m., but residents will be able to leave a voicemail and their calls will be returned after 8 a.m., according to Charleston County spokesperson Natalie Hauff.
