NORTH CHARLESTON (WCSC) - Kids can get a jump on Halloween and trick-or-treating at North Charleston's annual Harvest Festival. The street festival in Park Circle is Saturday, Oct. 17 from 4-8 p.m. It will feature live music, trick or treating, an artist market, ghost stories and costume contests for kids, adults and pets!
East Montague Ave. will be shut down to foot traffic only between Virginia and Jenkins Avenues starting at 2 p.m. The little ones can enjoy trick-or-treating and a Kid's zone with inflatable games from 4-6 p.m. Kids can also get treat bags (while supplies last). The live music on two stages continues until 8 p.m. You'll find the performance schedule below.
