SUMMERVILLE, SC (WCSC) -

The Frances R. Willis SPCA (the “FRW SPCA”) and the Charleston Animal Society say they have received a huge influx of animals due to homes being damaged or destroyed due to the floods and need your help finding homes for them.

This Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. through 5 p.m. the FRW SPCA will be hosting its second adoption event since the shelter facility was destroyed by the flooding earlier this month.

The adoption event will take place at the FRW SCPA located at 136 Four Paws Lane, Summerville, SC.

There will be kittens, cats, puppies, and dogs all available for adoption and all of which have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and have received heartworm, flea, and tick prevention treatments.

A reduced adoption fee will be in place for all animals and additional vouchers and coupons will be included with each adoption.

If you cannot adopt right now, the FRW SPCA encourages you to help by fostering an animal while the shelter is being rebuilt.
