Suspect wanted in overnight shooting in Kingstree

The Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating an alleged suspect in an overnight shooting, Darnell Jamar Epps.

On January 1, 2016 at approximately 5:18 a.m., deputies with the Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting at the Huddle House located at 1611 North Longstreet Street, Kingstree, South Carolina.

Investigators say an altercation that occurred inside the establishment eventually lead to the parking lot where shots were fired. The alleged suspect fled the scene on foot armed with a weapon.

No one was shot during this incident.

Darnell Jamar Epps is considered to be armed and dangerous, so please do not make contact with this suspect. Contact the Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office at 843-355-6381 or dial 911 with any information.
