Travel troubles for people in Williamsburg County are coming to end with upcoming repairs to two bridges that were ripped apart by floodwaters in October.
According to county officials, construction on the McCiotry Bridge is expected to start next week with repairs to be completed by June.
DOT say the work has to be done by contractors, and will take longer because of its size.
While construction has yet to be started on the St. Mark Bridge, officials say the repairs should be finished by April by the DOT.
