CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) -

Two civil lawsuits filed against officials with the Citadel Military College were dismissed by a judge Monday.

The cases, filed in March of 2014 by plaintiff "John Doe A" and in November of 2014 by plaintiff "John Doe 4," sought damages against Citadel President Lt. Gen. John Rosa, school attorney Mark Brandenburg, former executive assistant to the president Colonel Joseph Trez, and Jennifer Garrot, a former director of a school summer camp.

Several lawsuits were filed against the officials on behalf of victims who were allegedly abused by accused child sex predator and former school summer camp employee Louis "Skip" ReVille.

According to court documents, both suits were permanently dismissed by the Honorable Richard M. Gergle.

Two remaining cases against Rosa are pending. They were both filed in 2015.
