CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Charleston police say the second of three people wanted in connection with a Valentine's Day armed robbery is in custody.
Police charged Jesus Davis, 16, of Charleston, with three counts of armed robbery and entering a house or vessel without breaking with the intent to steal, according to Charleston Police spokesman Charles Francis.
One of the victims told police three men approached him as he walked down Hanover Street at about 1:30 p.m. and asked him what he was doing. When he told them he was meeting some friends at a Meeting Street apartment, he said they followed him there, then entered the apartment and robbed the victim and two friends.
Police continue to search for the third person connected with the crime, Francis said.
Davis was being held at the Al Cannon Detention Center.
